Cristina Saso – Resident Teacher and Talent Scout, European School of Ballet, Amsterdam
Cristina Saso trained at the Académie de Danse Princesse Grace in Monte-Carlo, directed by Marika Besobrasova, and later at the Heinz Bos Stiftung in Munich, under the guidance of Konstanze Vernon.
Her professional career began at the Tetro dell’Opera di Roma under the direction of Vladimir Vassiliev, followed by engagements at the Teatro di San Carlo in Naples and the Tulsa Ballet in the United States, before returning to the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma.
From 2018 to 2020, she served as Maître de Ballet and Assistant for numerous productions at the Teatro dell’Opera di Roma.
Since 2019, Cristina Saso has been a Resident Teacher and Talent Scout for the European School of Ballet in Amsterdam, directed by Jean-Yves Esquerre and Olivier Wecsteen, and she travels internationally to discover new talents and teach masterclasses.
